CONSENT TO THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA Personal data are gathered in order to record the customer and to start on his behalf the procedures for carrying out this agreement together with the relating and necessary communications; data are electronically / manually processed in the observance of the law in force and shall be claimed only by the authorities. According to the art.7 of the law 196/2003, the person concerned can: ask TOF about the existence of his/her personal data; know data' s origin and their logic or legal purpose; obtain the data to be updated, rectified,completed; ask for the data to be deleted, anonymized or blocked in case of unlawful treatment; oppose the use of personal data according to lawful reasons or in case they are used for advertising, market research, , direct sale, commercial interactive communication.
